We are members of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), and SARS registered tax practitioners.

Registrations

We do registrations, de-registrations and amendments to registered details for:

  • Income Tax for Individuals, Companies and Trusts (SARS)
  • Provisional Tax for Individuals, Companies and Trusts (SARS)
  • VAT (SARS)
  • Pay-As-You-Earn (SARS)
  • Unemployment Insurance Fund (Department of Labour and SARS)
  • Skills Development Levy (SARS)
  • Workmen’s Compensation (Department of Labour)

Statutory returns and applications

We also:

  • Calculate, complete and submit returns for Income Tax, Provisional Tax, Dividend Withholding Tax, VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL and Workmen’s Compensation.
  • Reconcile Employees Tax on a bi-annual basis, issue IRP5s and submit the reconciliation and IRP5s to SARS.
  • Apply for Tax Directives, Tax Clearance Certificates and Letters of Good Standing on your behalf.
  • Attend to SARS reviews and audits.

  • This may include processing transactions from source documents on an annual basis if not already prepared monthly.
